This year, the European Young People’s Conference (EYPC) and European Family Conference (EFC) will be open to North America.
Since the spaces allotted to North American saints are limited and to give the opportunity for more saints to attend, those who attended in the last 2 years will automatically be placed on a waiting list with no a guarantee to attend (2024 and 2025).
EYPC
We will have 120 spots available for all North American saints. We need to keep an overall 3 to 1 ratio of young people to serving ones/Helpers. We strongly encourage to coordinate with surrounding localities to keep the ratio of serving ones and YP per conference/gender.
EYPC is divided into two groups: the Junior Tent group for 13 to 15 years old and their helpers and serving ones and the Senior Tent group for 16 to 19 years old and their helpers and serving ones. Participants will be housed according to their respective conference group and by gender. All parents are considered serving ones and will be included in all the services and activities throughout the week.
Make sure all the young people read and comply with the YP Code of Conduct that includes the cellphone policy, proper brother-sister relationship, clothing, care of housing and staff, house inspections, etc. You can find a link to it at the bottom of the page.
EFC
For the Family Conference we will not have a limited number for North American saints. Families are housed together and depending on the size can be placed with other family in the same accommodation.
